Nepali Congress ward convention concludes at Lekveshi, 10 nos. Ward parallel committee

 

Surkhet. The ward convention of Nepali Congress has concluded in Lekweshi. According to Municipal Chairman Umesh Kumar Poudel, Ward Chairman Hariman Ghale in Ward No. 1, Chandra Bahadur Budha in Ward No. 2, Thir Bahadur Subedi in Ward No. 3, Khagendra Bahadur Ruchal in Ward No. 4, Hom Bahadur Chapai in Ward No. 5, Ward No. 6 Bima Soti Bankabal, Bhim Bahadur Darlami in ward no. 7, Durg Bahadur Tanlami in ward no. 8, Man Bahadur Somai in ward no. 9 and Parshuram Bhandari in ward no.

Similarly, in Ward No. 10, the Thani faction has formed a 27-member parallel committee under the chairmanship of Bhim Bahadur Khadka. A parallel committee has been formed saying that the Khadka faction is alone in distributing active membership. Nepali Congress leader Kamal Prasad Acharya informed that Bhim Bahadur Khadka's group would be given legitimacy for the next five years and would not participate in any program organized by Khadka's party.
